We have the specialist equipment to tackle any size project, including a large fleet of Hitachi Zaxis excavators ranging from 1 to 30 tonnes and thwaites dumpers from 1 to 9 tonnes . Our in house engineering team works with the latest Lecia GPS Geosystems

What we do

Adoptable Roads and Sewers

We have dedicated fully trained teams with extensive experience in construction of Adoptable sewers up to 1500mm diameter all to United utilities and Welsh water sewers for adoption 7th addition . We have extensive experience in the construction of large diameter adoptable Hydro brake chambers.

As part of our sewer package it normally follows with the Construction of adoptable estate roads to local authority standards including works carried out under section 50 and section 278 agreements

A Major part of sewer construction specialism is S106 Sewer Connections
we can connect sewers up to depths of 6 meters plus and specialize in complex fully managed sewer connection packages which include;

  • Submission of part 2 S106
  • Procurement of all Existing statutory undertakers’ drawings
  • Local authority section 50 submissions
  • Traffic and pedestrian management
  • Specialist city and guilds confined space trained sewer teams
  • Highway reinstatement teams

Bulk Earthworks and site remediation

We have carried numerous full package earth work remediation projects including contamination removal and remediation cover systems with associated testing and validation to comply with Local authority and NHBC requirements . Our engineering department can employ the use of Leica iCON iGD3 – 3D excavator and dozer machine control solutions to develop time and costs savings for our clients we specialize in the management validation and installation of clean cover soil systems to BS8601:2013 for sub soil and : BS3882:2015 for Topsoil.

Precast Retaining Walls

We specialize in the construction of the following retaining wall systems;

  • MC Cann pre cast L system up to 3.75 meters high
  • MC Cann Easi block system
  • Traditional cast in-situ concrete retaining walls using FD max heavy wall formwork systems which are capable of taking working loads of up to 90kN m² 

Sub structures and Foundations

We are able to offer a range of foundation solutions;

  • Traditional mass fill foundations using Tarmac trench fill concrete advanced a superior quality self-compacting concrete.
  • Ground beam systems with associated Ground heave protection systems

We can offer the following piled foundation systems;

  • Continuous Flight Auger systems
  • Pre-cast concrete driven
  • Steel tubular driven

As part of our substructure works, we are able to carry out

Substructure Brickwork

We have a dedicated in-house team of experience NVQ3 bricklayers which are able to carry out substructure foundation brickwork ,we can supply class one mortar silos to projects with all elements of the process managed in house . We also specialize in substructure brickwork to extremely high tolerances ready for timber frame superstructures . We are also able to offer full package Masonry super structure packages including traditional Masonry and Traditional stone work.

Beam and Block Flooring

We can supply and fit ground floor block and beam systems from 50m2 to over 2000m2 and specialize in fully insulated systems to achieve U values of 0.11 W/m²I. We can offer concrete floor toppings using Tarmac top flow and Aggregate industries Agilia systems which our operatives are fully trained in . These high specification concrete systems provide finished floors to NHBC standards. We can provide our flooring systems with steel and polypropylene macro fibres . Hard surfacing and Landscaping

We can carry out paving and public realm landscaping works using Marshalls , Tobermore and bespoke granite products . Our street masons and managers are also trained in the use of HAPAS approved grouting bedding and sealing products, gas membrane systems for Hydro carbons , radon gas and Volatile organic content gas protection .
