Adoptable Roads

We specialize in fully managed local authority highway and footway remodeling schemes often required for new developments including junction improvements and new entrances. As part of these works we carry out

S278 Projects

Section 278 of the Highways Act 1980 allows developers to enter into a legal agreement with the Local Authority in their role as part of the Highway Authority, to make permanent improvements or alterations to a public highway. We have worked on many such projects of varying sizes and complexity and guarantee a thorough and effective service every time.

Highway Repairs

Potholes and cracked roads are among the top causes of complaints by local residents and a priority for many local councils. Our team can patch and repair damaged public highways and private roads alike with skill and precision, levelling out the affected area to a smooth and even finish that perfectly matches the surrounding road.

Resurfacing and Reinstatement

Even the best-laid road deteriorates over time, worn down by day-to-day use. At the Technical Construction Group, we can remove existing road surfaces and replace them with quality materials laid by professionals. We also handle all necessary road markings.

New Roads
