John is a member of the chartered institute of building and a member of the Chartered institute of Asphalt for Highway technologies. He holds the following qualifications:
- BSc Hons Quantity surveying
- HND civil engineering and construction
- NVQ Level 6 site management
- CSCS black card Holder
- SMSTS
- Confined space City and Guilds High risk
John was a director of a regional civil engineering contractor for 10 years working for local authorities such a Liverpool city council Wirral council and Sefton Council he has also held senior commercial roles for national companies such as Taylor Wimpey.
Eddie Carson
Construction Director
Eddie trained as a joiner and progressed from Site Manager to Project Manager to Senior Contracts Manager for a main contractor working in Health Care, Education and Residential schemes to the value of £6m. He has been a Construction Director since 2018.

Liam O'hare
Company Director
Liam has more than 30 years of experience advancing through the field of construction. He is particularly accomplished in the areas of groundwork and in the sewer industry.

- First Aid Qualification
- Full Airside Pass Clearance
- Airside Driving Licence
