Beechtrees, Skelmersdale, West Lancashire

Technical construction was successful in being awarded this opportunity by Carrol build to build 36 new homes for the affordable housing market, the new homes were being built in a regeneration area by west Lancashire council. During the project Technical Construction were proud to support the Digmoor food bank.

The Dwellings consist of :

• 36 Semi Detached 3 bed Houses

Technical Construction Group carried out the brickwork package on our development at Beechtrees, Skelmersdale for our client West Lancs Council which consisted of 36no 2 bed houses traditionally built, the brickwork was of excellent quality and was handed over in line with our programme dates . Their attitude towards Health and Safety was very good and I would not hesitate in working with TCG on future developments
